At The Farmer's Dog, we want you and your pup to love your new gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
